Throws a Pollutant Flask at the players location. Level 5, 500 XP - Level 5 Skul: The Hero Slayer Badge. They wield a purple flask in hand and a long bronze ornate staff, with a yellow energy at the tip, in the other. They wear a grey gas mask over their fave with purple lenses. It starts at 3,000 Dark Quartz and it has two ranks. They have various test tubes with purple liquid around his waist in a leather bandolier. There are better items in Skul: The Hero Slayer that give players more barrier HP than this Trait but it’s nice to have in a pinch. The Alchemist (Enemy) wears a long green lab coat over dark green hooded robe. They attack by throwing pollutant flasks. It is usually accompanied by Alchemist Summoner, Grand Alchemist (Enemy), or High Alchemist. Champion demands frame accurate inputs to become GOD tier and might even surpass S Tier if you can time everything right. The Alchemist (Enemy) is a ranged enemy found at the Black Lab. Tl dr: Warlock is good but not ranked higher due to his quirks. The only 'bad' skill he has is Nuklear Punch because of its 'long' 1.5 second windup xD They are usually OP by themselves if you get Thief’s Armor and Blacksteel Dagger since you start spamming AoE shuriken on each attack (which is now capped at once per 0.5 seconds), BUT you could also opt to go for a Physical damage build and have a Power Skull backup like Berserker (Roar into swap for +100 Atk Speed), Predator (best swap) or Shield (for well.
In term of 'chip' damage> that only really happens when you run Madness builds. You can also seamlessly link his combos into attack strings and his counter punch is hidden OP as well since it has a slow windup and no cooldown (alas short range) which means that you'll literally never get hit during boss fights. with "Hero's Holy Sword" you'll also proc a 100% damage increase on demand.

You can cancel any skill or animation by dashing which makes him very OP since dashing means being invincible. My tier list revolves around all playstyles this game offers and Warlock, while he does insane damage on max charged skills, usually isn't worth the time investment, since any other Skull on that tier or higher could have killed everything on screen in the same time.Ĭhampion has a hidden skill ceiling for players that like beat em ups ) and don't get me started on dealing with shattered golems charge.(sorry for all champion lovers) god knows I hate him, how does he even work? chip damage is ridiculous, why do I have to get up close and personal? how am I supposed to even face those cultists with differing attack cycles using him when he literally has to get up close and personal. Long story short, If you can spam jump and hold down your skill charge, there shouldn't be anything to stop him, ESPECIALLY if you got his meteor skill. If your other skull is useless, you can just stay alchemist to get the pasive summons. Overall, you can just use their abilities before swapping to your other skull. Even base treant can go well for me, no matter the items. Just being the current skull summons high-damage golems, and using the summon skill lets you quickly nuke a boss’ hp in exchange for not getting pasive summoning for awhile. I do prefer using skills MUCH more than normal attacks, almost exclusively sometimes so I might be a bit biased but in all honestly, I've never lost a run with him, howsoever my other skull may be. It is definitely a cowardly play but broken, overpowered. Ideally you'd want to have that orb and meteors, start charging up orbs and you'd have a 360 high damage region, quick swaps on regions you want a HIGH dps, the meteor, just stand at the very start of any level, keep spamming meteors and you will walk unscathed.įor Hero Levels, meteors all the way, I've personally beaten a level without using a single attack, pure Lich and Warlock AoEs to keep wiping the screen, rapid switching to ruin any that dare get close. You could go for a mirage build and have him be safe throughout as you charge your skills and bring ruin to it all. it's broken at that point.Īn ideal overpowered build of fairy tale(elementalist version to get the boost in magic) is going to bulldoze through everything. Not to mention if you can get your hands on that feather that allows you to triple jump. The Dome like shield that he props up on switching would do miracles in terms of a switch build. Shouldn't warlock be ranked a tad bit higher? His skills do tend to revolve around just hiding in one spot and the map being cleared out on it's own.
